Refund and Cancellation Policy

General Service Fees

Service fees are governed by the written agreement signed by the client. Some fees may be non-refundable once work has started, documents have been prepared, or services have been delivered, unless the signed agreement states otherwise.

0% Business Funding Strategy Fee

If a signed 0% business funding strategy agreement states that an application or strategy fee is refundable if the client receives no approvals, refund eligibility will be reviewed according to that signed agreement, proof of applications, proof of denials, client cooperation, payment processor rules, and applicable law.

MCA and Funding-Related Fees

MCA, packaging, consulting, referral, success, or funding-related fees are subject to the signed agreement and any applicable funding provider, processor, or disclosure requirements. DynamicEquity does not guarantee lender approval or funding.

Refund Requests

Refund or cancellation requests should be emailed to funding@dynamicequityinc.com. Include the business name, signer name, payment date, amount, and reason for the request.
